Activate an iCareIntel card or package

A new account requires activation of an iCareIntel medical card or package purchased from a partner. To create an account, scan the card or use its activation link and enter the private activation code inside the package.

Activation is not completed directly from this page. The activation page opens from the physical card link inside the package.

Activation steps

  1. You purchased an iCareIntel package from a partner.
  2. Open the package.
  3. Scan the NFC card or QR code on one of the cards.
  4. The card activation page will open.
  5. Enter the private activation code found inside the package.
  6. After verification, you can create your account and link the card to your medical profile.

If you already have an account, sign in first, then open the card activation link to connect it to your account.
